If content sharing is enabled, there is a "content management" button that shows all the content being shared (including the PHB if that's shared, only the free stuff that doesn't need to be shared is left off the list). If you don't see anything like that, content sharing is not on.

Apr 7, 2020 · Previously had no problems. DM turned content sharing off and back on. Removed my character from the campaign and rejoined. Neither worked. Another player in the campaign can see all the feats no problem, and they do not have the content themselves, only through content sharing. Happy to help devs troubleshoot if needed.

Joining a campaign is not enough to share content. Once you are part of the campaign (or, if you are the DM, have created the campaign), on the main screen for the campaign you will have the option to turn on content sharing (it will be a blue outlined button above the list of characters in the campaign).
