Sonic strength: Best damage type that hurts almost everything, Disco ball, Misty Escape (like Abundant Step), no alignment restriction. For a long time, Darkfire sucked. Then the devs overbuffed it so it was (briefly) great! But then it got nerfed - if not quite into irrelevance again, then at least not worth the AP cost, IMO. Still: it's a flavor option for a drow warlock, sorcerer, or CHA-based Favored Soul.

Warlock levels great (maybe a slight lift off at 1-3 or so), solos great, and generally just feels very good for levels 1-32, although they can have some struggles at high reaper max level if you want to continue the blaster playstyle. As a basic pact breakdown: Fey: Good damage type, makes a good fatesinger in epics.

Do 6 levels of both arti (or rogue) and ranger. And then 8 levels of whatever past life you want. A 6 arti / 6 ranger / 8 warlock build isn’t going to have the most synergy but inquisitive is pretty class agnostic and swallows a lot of sins.

Well 7 wiz gets you both auras and neb, and you'll end up losing 2d6 and 4d4 on your EB compared to pure lock.
