What I did was, load the dlc over the nand again and see the latest date of the four that change ( it's four folders you'll need to delete) then delete those. Close yuzu out and reload the dlc to the nand. Give that a shot and see what happens.

I think I might have found the solution. Turns out there were some extra files in Yuzu's "keys" folder that were not suppossed to be there. All I left was the "prod.keys" file and everything went smooth after that. For some reason, those extra files allowed to install every other DLC except for Byleth.
