I used Zanki for Step 2 CK as my bible, was crushing UWorld right before the exam (95%+ on all random, timed blocks). Was sorely disappointed in a score in the low 220s. The problem, which I didn't realize until tons of reflection later, was that Zanki at least literally trains you to do well on those UWorld questions.

Advice/thoughts. - A good foundation/Step 1 is the best preparation you can have before starting Step 2.
